Video system sales advice requires

I have an Amphibico VH1000 housing in immaculate condition with a Sony VX1000e (PAL) mini DV camcorder for sale and I am not sure what sort of money I should be asking for.

The fully functional VX1000e camera was recently serviced by Sony UK and comes with spare batteries, charger leads etc. and the system is located in the UK. Any advice on pricing would be greatly appreciated.

Mini DV and the camera that started it all back in 1995.

Great setup even to this day.

Price? Who knows really but with the housing, you could ask for $4000 AUD.

Wagsy,

I would like your advice. i have a sony TRV950 in a L & M bluefin, compact monitor, 80 degree wide angle, elite halogen lighting system, arms etc... all in pelican case. Mint as new condition. What value second hand would you say? Why sell you say? The call of HD has got me by my short and curlys! It's your fault due to your excellent HD website.

Don't worry about jumping in the HDV waters just yet.. I've just spent the day filming with a BBC cameraman whose still using his Super 16mm Arri. He's been using it for 17years and still intends to for as long as poss.
