How do you get grid lines to print out on my image?

There's probably a way. Otherwise create another clear layer and draw some lines to match the grid lines. You can then make them more or less prominent by changing the opacity of the layer.

Here are some grid line I created in Illustrator and saved as a PDF. You can import it into Photoshop and do as above. Hope this helps
