Monitor Brightness when editing

4 posts
  1. Another dumb question. Have Toshiba Satelite with a TruBrite TFT LCD Display. The screen is really bright! What level of "brightness" do you sent your monitor to??

  2. Do you have a calibration tool like the Spyder 2.

That is the best way to set consistent brightness, colour, contrast etc. It's worth the investment.

  3. No but maybe it's time to invest. One more gadget.

  4. If you plan to do digital, have your pics look consitant on your screen, the web or in prints, then calibration is the essential step 1. It will save lots of frustration in getting things to be consistent.
