What size is the drysuit?

Does it have rockboots?

I am selling it for a friend who is 6ft/199lbs. I couldn't read the inside size, sorry. It has the standard attached boot, not the rock boots which I hate anyway. It is in good shape but needs both wrist and neck seals.
