  1. Is this a porcelain crab of some sort? What shrimp and anemone are these?

    Thanks in advance,

    Richard.

  2. Actually this is a portunid, Lissocarcinus laevis, that's always found in association with sea anemones. The shrimp is Thor amboinensis commonly known as "sexy shrimp" - I haven't a clue why. someone else will have to help with the anemone.

  3. It's called the sexy shrimp because it sticks it's butt (tail) up in the air and waves it back and forth.

    I don't know the anemone.

  4. Leslie,

You're a wonder! Thanks very much!

    Richard.

  5. Could the anemone be a Beaded Sea Anemone (Heteractis aurora)?

I did some research, and found some photos of sexy shrimps on this species, which does look similar to mine.

    Richard.

  6. Sure could. There may be other anemones that have the same beaded tentacles but that seems like a good choice.
