A little bit too much saturation but having said that the image is very "Real"; almost like looking through a window.

Agree with Bob. Overcooked the saturation & contrast levels. Could you post the original pic (pre-manipulation) for comparison?

Also, would benefit from either removing diver by clone or trimming.

Very picturesque though.

Something like this maybe? Of course for perfection you may wish to clone out the fish at the edges of the pic.
