Sea & Sea YS250 ??

Wondering if there is any news / developments about these mythical strobes ??

Peter, Peter, Peter, bad news for you. Just talked to Tusa/Sea and Sea this afternoon and they are now delayed until July. I was hoping to snag a couple to use at the Digital Shoot Out, but it looks like this will not be the case.

When I inquired about the YS-250 last November 06 one of the "posters" on this thread said the following:

"You are more likely to see a unicorn in the next year than a Sea & Sea YS-250"

Hmmmm, so I wonder if it works the other way around......? If I see a YS-250 strobe in July as is the new ETA, then I'll for sure get to see a unicorn? That would be cool!!! B)

Uh huh, just what I was thinking. Much as I like their products, their announced to available times on their strobes are about a whole year at the moment. Hey ho.
