Does someone know what extension ring and zoom-gear to use with the Subal ND80 housing together with the Tokina 10-17 FE lens?

Some Subal users have used this lens with the standard FE2 port. Others with the FE2 + a small extention ring (the 15mm one I think) - the lens is only slightly longer than the 16mm, which was the lens that the FE2 was designed for.
The Subal ND80 is the same as all other Subals (apart from the odd ND70) when it comes to zoom gears.
I don't know what gear I have on mine - it was one Subal already made for another lens. But fits like a treat. Someone else will probably know the spec.

We were using the Canon EF 16-35 /2.8 L Zoom Gear initially, but after customer complaints (gear being loose and having to be shimmed with tape) I switched to a gear we do completely in house.
