  1. Hi all,

Not being one to blow my own trumpet...But lord knows I've tried..You know, wedging yourself down the back of a cupboard or a narrow alley or even attending extreme Yoga classes... :)

Heres me at the glorious tropical location of Stoney Cove quarry with top Natural History presenter Alan Titchmarsh... I'm on the right in the gimp outfit !!!

we were there filming a few sequences for a piece in the new blue chip production 'Nature of Britain' coming out in the Autumn (fall).

All inspired by my exploits with the infamous Pike (Esox Lucius)

Wags, 3mm :) they were going to put poor old Alan in a semi-dry but when I told em it was 11oc they gave him a quick dry-suit lesson...He did very well seeing it was his 4-5th dive.

Nick, the principal shooter was using a Z1 with a Phenom and a Gates as back up...Make of that what you will. But all was hired...Now there's something to think about.

Si, no mate he was a top bloke, very down to earth and had time for everyone. I was the only camp one, if you lowered the photo I was wearing sussies and heels :)

Alex, mate come on, you've met royalty..Alans good but he's not blue blood...Well after two dives in Stoney he was blue nosed and fingered :)

  11. I got that photo via text SMS while I was relaxing on a beach in the Philippines watching the sunset and with a cool beer in my hand - I was NOT sorry that I wasn't at Stoney!!

Seriously though well done mate - not sure why they needed a 'primary' shooter when you were there, but that's the Beeb for ya.

    Cheers, Simon
