I have an Ikelite sync cable with some recently added chew marks in one end ... :glare:
Not surprisingly the cable doesn't work anymore. I'm wondering if it is possible to cut off the damages couple of inches at the end and re-attach the plug?
Yes, and worth taking a fine soldering iron and solder on trips as may not be readily found. I had to use a lighter to heat a copper wire to do the soldering with.
