Amigos,
Check out what was bedded down behind our fence yesterday afternoon. I was walking behind the lawn mower, came around the corner and WHOA! Momma came out in our yard on the other side of the fence about 1/2 hour earlier. Typical tactic to lure us away from the fawn while she goes off to eat.......
Finally after a few hours going back to check on her she opened her eyes, but never moved......We knew not to touch her as she has no scent to predators yet.
Can't be more than 1-2 weeks old by the size.
Beautiful little animal
Later!
