Truk Odyssey Sep 23-30, 2007

I just came back from the Odyssey 2 weeks ago. The diving in Truk is of course amazing and historically very interesting. The Odyssey is very comfortable, offers yummy food and has good people running the show. All on board agreed it was the best boat they had been on. Awesome stuff... I strongly encourage readers to consider Janet's offer.

Just be careful of those long square-profile dives. The Odyssey offers 108 cuft steel tanks over-filled to equivalent of 115 cuft, so it wasn't uncommon to do 35m+ max depth dives and stay down for 80 minutes. Just be sure to budget (as we did) enough of that capacity for multi-level safety stops.
