There's a shot in Debelius that looks like it: Enoplometopus occidentalis, although the "greeness" isn't as apparent. All the other red rock lobsters have banded claws, or large pink spots. The size of the claws on yours matches, as well.

That's a good possibility. There's another one left as Enoplometopus sp in Colin & Arenson which also matches. The hairs are actually clear or gold; the green color is the result of light refraction.
