The camcorder is an image stabilized, low light, Hi-8 format. It has a 26X digital zoom. It comes with its own leather bag, adequate to carry the camera, battery charger, spare batteries, filters and cassettes. There is one UVB filter used if not in underwater housing. The housing is part of an Amphibico Dive Buddy Kit and includes the housing-designed for this particular camcorder, a color correcting snap on filter, a halogen light-uses the same Ni-Cd battery as the camcorder so they can be charged on the same charger!, bracket for the light, spare o'ring seals, spare halogen bulb, spare video tapes-unopened, head cleaner-unopened, all in a foam fitted Doscicil brand (like a Pelican) hard shell case w/ built in pressure relief valve. If you put the camcorder in the housing, everything you need is in the hard shell case for travel. This is a turn-key deal, no need to purchase anything more to start shooting those underwater videos. This is an excellent piece of equipment for the beginner without the huge investment.
