  1. One of the members of another dive forum that I also member there wrote in details about that accident, I'll try to translete whet he wrote:

He was with Dr. D’Amico on board of the ‘Manthiri’ liveabord in the Maldives.

She was with more then 800 dives in her record. From the beginning its was obviously that she is a dangerous diver, She used to left her bady and to dive to more then 40 meter deep almost any dive.

The DM tried to argue with her and explain the risk of her dives, she said she is an expert diver and physician specialist in gases and wile she dives in the computer limits she is safe.

In the last day they dove 2 dives to 30 meters, the third one was also deep but all the divers except her go after very short time to 20 meters, she was left and according her computer she went down to 39 meters.

They done a stop at 5 meters for more then 15 minutes (also Jenny) and she looked ok, during the accent to the surface she probably loosed her consciousness, the DM found her on the surface with her face in the water, she didn’t response and her pupils were cramped.

When they raised her to the boat she didn't breathed, after 15 minutes they arrived to a nearby island that was in there an expert physician but all was left to him to do is to determine her death.
