Barnacle

Spent 3 days at Cortez Banks. Truly felt like the end of the world. Seemed more isolated than Cocos.

This Barnacle shot is too late for the Photo contest so I put it up here. D100, 60 mm, 2 DS 125 strobes, F22, 125th/sec

What was it like out at the Cortez Banks? I have herd some pretty wild stories about tow-in surfing out there in 60' sets... Was it big?

What was the current like? Could you see Bishop Rock coming out of the water?
