strobes for p/s and dslr?

I currently they have a nikon p/s with a fantasea housing and am looking to add a strobe. However in the next year would like to upgrade my system to something better. Is there a strobe that would work well for both? I was looking at the ys110 and the inon z240 how ever there is a couple hundred dollar price diff. is the inon that much better? Will either of these be able to be added to a larger system down the road?

Yep, either of these strobes can be used highly successfully with a DSLR.

I use the Z240 with both my 5D and my c5050. Works great!
