  2. Leander,

Great shots - I especially like the dark water wide angle.

I didn't know we are related either - pretty cool!

    Cheers

    James

  3. Thanks James :)

I was happy with that shot too - it was a real lighting challenge !

I didn't know we are related either - pretty cool!

yeah, were the unmentionable relos that got shipped off as convicts :):D

  4. i see a 2nd place WA winner there... :ninja:

The winners and a short write up will be on the front page soon...

  5. Huge Congratulations Leander - they all rock! :)

Must have been a challenge to avoid backscatter on that whip coral shot and your macros are superb as usual.

  6. Thanks Anthony :P:D

 I'm chuckling because for the whip coral was I was adjusting my strobes by feel ... when I had my shot and swam away I looked at my strobes ... they were in positions you wouldn't believe for no backscatter :( I like the effect ... so thanks for the positive feedback ... think I'll keep working at it :)

All macro this trip I took with my new 105 ... what a change after soooo many years with a 60!

    cheers

    Leander

    #3 and #5 are outstanding.

  8. I like what you were trying with the squid shot. Well done on all counts.
