I have the older non-digital compliant Ikelite Substrobe 200 flash that I used with my Nikon n90 body from Ikelite. I want some kind of smaller, simpler camera solution. Those strobes are so darn expense - I'd like to get more use out of mine. I am fine with shooting film...I was thinking of the Motormarine III...I suppose I can find them for a decent price now. Is there an adapter to go from the Motormarine body to the Ikelite strobe? I know the strobe will work with Nikonos, but the lenses are expensive for them. Any other suggestions?

I looked at the MMIII page and it has a flash connector. You should certainly be able to use that strobe w/ that camera.
"MMIII's 5-pin N-type connector is the industry standard and accepts most of the Sea&Sea strobe models. Dual-strobe photography is possible with an optional adaptor."
You just need to order the Nikonos to Ikelite TTL sync cord - a readily available item.
Cheers

OK so the Sean&Sea 5 pin connector = Nikonos connector. That is a piece of the puzzle I did not know.
