hi all,
im in ecuador working with local people on this petition re shark fins
that wetpixel members so helpfully supported. president correa visited puerto
ayora on tuesday and reopened diving operations in the islands.
with my rediculous internet access here i am hoping to post an update
in conservation thread expanding on the issues current to the fin theme.
failing that, i will email shawnh and ask him to post for me.
so....as for this post. we now have two liveaboards to fill. the dates and prices are
September 2 to 9 and September 23 to 30. price not inluding flights $ 2,700.00 USD
for those struggling with concience over the current issue, it is absolutely vital that
tourism interests in the islands are supported and survive. please read my post in
conservation thread and go from there.
