How to Make a STEADY CAM for $20

I just got a Canon HV20 and have no play money funds left!

I made one and have never used it ... waiting to be commissioned to run the touchline at a football game. It does work well but tiring after a while. Mine has 2 x 2lb diving weights on the bottom and an old Gates rubber handle grip at the top under the camera.
