  1. We went diving to Cocos Island this July and had absolutely fantastic time ! Want to share with you some shots which I took there with my Canon EOS 350d + Canon EF-S 10-22mm in Sea&Sea housing. I also use Sea&Sea YS-110 strobe for close-ups.

  2. wonderful photos, makes me want to go back! we never got those big schools of hammers... but its impossible to complain about cocos.

I especially love that hammerhead portrait (#6) - it is a stunning shot. though I'm curious what the original framing was, if it was horizontal and there was more empty space to the left (or right) I'd add some to push the shark more off-center. again I can hardly complain...

seriously, you should put that one in the sport diver images column thread. great stuff.

... and I remember those jacks at dirty rock!!! the diver says it all - pure mahem...

  3. Wow! Stunning stuff. I'd been hoping that Cocos would pan out for me next year, now I want it to more than ever!

I really like how #3 has a b+w quality to it, even though it's in color. Kind of knocks you off kilter and it's such a great overall shot!

  4. Fantastic shots!

    Congratulations

  5. All, thanks a lot for your comments and attention !

  6. outstanding job, thanks a lot for posting...

I'd love to hear more details - how many dives? how many days, which liveaboard, did you dive air or nitrox, did you turn your strobes off for some of those shots...
