Cheesy shot question

Guys, using sony vegas movie studio can you do a split shot? Kind of if you film the shot from one side of the boat and the shot from the other and want to play them back side by side. Cheesy i know.. but if there's an easy way i want it!

Sounds like a picture in picture variation.

Try putting the 2 video clips on two different video tracks. Use the pan/crop tool to downsize each clip. After downsizing, move 1 clip to the left portion of the screen, the other to the right.
