Depth of field for Inon WA Lenses?

4 posts
  1. I've got a UWL100 lens with the optional glass port which gives 128 degrees of coverage on the M67 mount - but does anyone know what the depth of field is for the lens?

Any help would be very appreciated

Information now found via the web. Minimum focus distance is a lot greater than I had been led to believe by one retailer.

  3. Hey Red Sea Diver,

What typ eof housing have you got the dome port on? Any idea if it fits onto Ikelite housings? Does it make much of a difference to image sharpness compared to shooting with just the WA lens?

    Cheers,

    Ry.

  4. I use the UWL 100 (without the dome port) on an Ike housed Olympus 5050 and the depth of field pretty good. I can't give you exact figures but this image is uncropped and the sponges were 1 or 2 inches from the front element, exposure details 1/1000s @ f8.
