Canon 20D Housings

4 posts
  1. Has anyone recently purchased a housing for their Canon 20D? Im trying to purchase the Ikelite housing for it and, everyone seems to be out of stock. I called B&H and they practically laughed at me and said thats such an old camera they probably dont even make housings for it anymore. I have one on order from Backscatter which is suppose to be there by the 16th, but im just wondering if anyone else has had problems recently trying to get a housing for their 20D.

  2. There are a bunch on Ebay right now.

    Cheers

  4. hmmm, well i just checked out Ebay, and only found two. Im not much of an Ebay shopper though, so maybe Im not searching correctly. And I know they do sell new equipment on Ebay as well, but the two I found were both used, and i would rather play it safe and buy new if im going to spend this much money. Thanks for the tip though. Im just going to have to wait til backscatter gets it in stock. Im in Wisconsin at the moment and woud rather have gotten it before I fly back to Hawaii on the 16th since I know ill be home when it gets delivered, not to mention its cheaper to ship it here then it is to Hawaii. Oh well, ill get it when I get it.

It is just going to be frustrating because I have all the accessories (dome port, dual YS-250's, new lens, ect..) coming from BH tomorrow, so when i get to the islands i will get to look at all my gear except the main part i need to actualy take my camera under...
