  1. Manual flash control on Subal ND20

I have created a bracket for the Mode Dial to control the flash compensation button.

Now I can use the manual mode on the iTTL converter from www.heinrichsweikamp.net

    (Sea and Sea)

Copy from HeinrichsWeikamp manual for Nikon OEM converter

    Enhanced manual strobe control (M-TTL):

Operation in this mode gives the ability to use non-doubleflash compatible strobes with the converter.

Furthermore allows this mode for enhanced photographic composition with all TTL

strobes provided with only minimal or non-existent manual control.

    Activation:

    -set strobe to TTL

-set camera to synchronisation on second curtain (REAR)

    or

    - set adjusting knob on the converter to global manual mode

    Flash power selection:

The flash power is selected by using the flash exposure compensation and the exposure compensation.

The result is the sum of both values. Hence the M-TTL flash power can be adjusted

by either the exposure compensation (EC) or the flash exposure compensation (FEC) of the

camera. The flash power is halved every -1.0 EV. In case both, EC and FEC, are set to +/- 0 EV,
