Ike from Ikelite

I have to admit I do not own a Ikelite product (not because I think negatively of them) but I am truly impressed with the helpful emails Ike posts.

Anytime I see a post on his products he promptly responds with helpful fixes or links.

Just wanted to point it out and say I am truly impressed with the aftermarket service and attention to your customers, or questions in general about your product. (I am in no way associated with Ikelite or been compensated for this post)

It would look better if I had spelled "aggravating" correctly in my last post, or our products never had a problem.

I suppose that could imply that people had lots of problems with the product. LOL
