I was on the same trip as Craig R a couple of weeks ago. 17 days on the Seven Seas cruising from Ambon to Sorong via Banda visiting some very remote dive areas.
It was a fantastic trip and the experienced was enhanced by the great gang of people on the boat!
Aside from the viz, which went from marginal, to crap to very crap at times it ranks up there with one of my favourites liveaboard rides of all times.
let me know what you think; all comments are more than welcome

Looks great. Something to do when I can get away from work long enough. May sound like a dumb question, but what are the specific reasons for the lousy viz? Are there better times of year for better viz?
well the thought was to be in the area in between monsoon seasons, but as parts of that world felt, the monsoon stayed longer that anticipated and hence the water was still very heavy with particulates.
Northern hemisphere winter is the better time of the year to visit raja ampat i was told, so next time i will be goin there later in the year.
I'm surprised you don't have anything from Stinky Dead Dolphin Reef
(or did you sit that one out too... )
Some really nice stuff in there. Makes me sad to think of poor Drew still stuck in Indonesia.
