What's this please ?

Taken in Monterey Breakwater today, kind of creepy neon alien like object and what's that yellow thing in the middle ? I know they are very common, just too lazy to look it up :-)

But what's that yellow thing in the middle like a yolk or nucleaus !

I really don't know. Tomorrow I'll get out some invert books & see if I can figure it out for you.

It doesn't seem to be in them all. Could it be something else's egg mass?

Oops ! I deleted all those phots (because it wasnt that pretty of a picture to keep), I will have to go look for it again and photo in my next dive ...

It was crappy day, the picture wasn't that great anyway, they yellow spot was blur. Let's see if the flickr version is better ?
