Video lights wanted

I am trying to help out a friend in Australia with not the largest budget. He is in need of 2 decent video lights.

Not that I have them for sale but I'm using pair of Darkbuster 24W HID lights and they can't be beat for the price (I bought mine for something like $250 each about a year ago).

Certainly professional dedicated video light system would be better, but it would cost few times more easily.
