Tokina 10-17 close focus

Have a look at this shot from yesterday. The orangish speck in the centre of the frame is actually a piece of something INSIDE my dome port.

I'm shooting a D70 with a Tokina 10-17 zoom @ 17mm, inside an aquatica housing with their standard dome port.

Yes, impressive. I have some fine scratches on my dome, never a problem; but the Tokina will take a picture of them pretty sharp and in focus.

Dude! clean your ports more often...

Actually I cleaned it just before that dive.....maybe I shouldn't clean it so often
