I am planning some testing for a boat manufacturer in Italy for Spring-Summer 2008 and could use some help finding a site and an underwater video camera person.
We are looking for an area 2 to 3 meters deep that is very calm. It would preferably have a non-living bottom that doesn't get stirred up much from the boat passing over. We also need a working boatyard with a travel lift nearby.
Anywhere in Italy would be best, but other countries in the EU will work too.
We did similar tests in the Florida Keys earlier this year with a rented underwater video rig. Our video could have been better, so we are also looking for someone with more experience than we have to handle the video for the next tests.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
