Another small Pipefish ?

Here's another piefish

you can see how small it was by the size of the sand particles in the background

a guide spotted it , it was like the thickness of 3 hairs stuck together

Where was this? It will help with narrowing down what it might be.

This pipefish is of the genus Halicampus

No idea what it is, but damn that thing is tiny!
