WMM and best settings

  1. I use WMM (yeah I know the beatup), but I usually have trouble getting it looking decent when tranferring it from camera to computer and then from computer to Youtube.

     

    What settings should I download my vid to computer and how can I get that pixelated look out of my Youtube presentations?
