Fantasea WA Lens

  1. Hey guys,

I have the Fantasea FS-510 housing witht he Nikon S510. I know the housing has a 46mm port. Fantasea makes a wide angle lens for this housing that retails for around $225. Would this be a good choice - or are there better lenses that would work with my housing?

    Thanks in advance!

  2. I had an Oly PT-030 with a 46mm port. I used a Sea&Sea 16mm wet conversion lens made for nikonos. I had to use a stepdown ring. It worked from f2.9 and out with no vignetting except at the widest 2.8 setting. Inon and Epoque also make lenses and adapters.

The lens is pretty nice quality and has recently been upgraded to fit the lens holder without an adapter. Be sure to order #FWAL-02, not FWAL-01. I've seen some very good results, in my opinion its equal to the Inon W/A lens in quality.
