Ran accross this on a newsgroup. It is supposedly of an u/w robot making a cut into a pipeline at 6000 ft. The inside pressure on the pipe is 0 psi. The outside is 2700 psi. The width of the cut is 3mm (apprx 1/10 of an inch).
