well my wife and i will be in singapore for the month of february. we want to do a couple weeks of diving, we've already dove in phuket once and bali twice (love bali).
my wife wants to try somewhere new, perhaps lots of schooling fish, colorful reefs, good amount of marine life, maybe some pelagics. (not a firm list).
sipadan, bunaken, and phillipines have come up.
we would fly out of bali or singapore. probably do a week in bali and a week somewhere else.
considerations include total cost (less is better), conditions in february, amount of diving we can do per day (more is better), length of boat rides (shorter is better), freedom of diving (don't want to be stuck in a large group with short dives and nazi-divemasters)
I'd love to hear peoples suggestions, including specific places to stay/dive with
