How to adapt an ikelite focus ring for Tokina 10-17

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how to adapt an ikelite focus ring made to fit with the Standard Zoom Port Body #5510.16 to fit the Tokina 10-17? It seems to be too big and not fit close enough to touch the lens, any thoughts? Thanks everyone for the help!

I use this lens in an Ikelite housing without any problems. I'm not clear which part you're having trouble with. The sprung clamp comes with self adhesive padding strips to make it fit. Once this is in place it meshes with the standard geared ring without any problem.

As said by Ikleite in the Ports Chart for Nikon Cameras, you need the #5509.29 Special Zoom & Clamp Set for the Tokina 10-17. Once you have it, as Ken said, you need to use the adhesive pads to make the clamp fit the lens, and there you go!
