I may get a chance to go to Angra dos Reis, Brazil on a business trip in March. It is about 150km south of Rio on the coast. If the trip happens, I probably won't get more than few weeks advance notice. If I go then I would like to stay over and do some diving. Does anyone have any recommendations for economical hotels/hostels/bed and breakfast and dive shops and/or boats? Thanks for any info you can provide,

Sorry I can't help you, but I will also visit Rio in business, but in september, and wonder if there are any worthwhile diving in the area. I can add maximum 2-3 days to the trip.

I'm from Brazil and know a excellent dive shop at Angra dos Reis.

The best dive sites are in Ilha Grande
