Cozumel's Splendid Toadfish

I have been trying for years to get a decent shot of these shy creatures.

The best shots of these guys requires a snorkel, but this is politically incorrect.

The best shot I've gotten after years of frustration was to leave my strobes in the normal position and move in upside down, strobes hitting the sand. My reg doesn't work as well and my mask leaks, but at least the shot came out good.

Thats what i call real dedication ;-)
