Greetings from Rome (Pelagos Festival)

Hi,

live from Rome: the Pelagos Festival has just announced the winners of the still and the video and the film competition. Complete list will follow soon - as soon as I get it from the organizers. As a video guy, I still remember:

The Jury's special price: Danny Van Belle: The Windows of life

Master's category, 3rd place: Leandro Blanco: One for all

Master's category, 2nd place: Guy Anita Chaumette: Beyond the Blue

Master's category, 1st place: myself: The Vision of the Oraculum

Film category, 1st place: Andrea Cochetti: Mare d'Africa

Beginner's category, 1st place: Silvia Marafatto: Mask and Mask

Congratulation to all participants!

Jules (from Rome)

The event can be seen later here: www.pelagos.tv (They have several footage about the Festival, unfortunately mainly only in Italian)

Well your a dark horse Gyula...

You didn't mention Rome to us in Moscow...

Congrats anyway... a great achievement...

Danny Van Belle... I can't wait to see what he comes up with next... It will have to be bloody amazing to match his last films success....

Well done again

A Huge Congratulations to All!!

And an incredible selection of short videos--it just gets better and better.

(Sure wish I were there in Rome to see it in person!)

Thank you for the update, Jules!

Congratulation on your award and thanks for the results. Nice to see 'Beyond The Blue' appreciated.

We wish we could have been there but we are shooting on location in Fiji.

We are missing all the festival, Moscow, Belgrade, Roma but our primary focus is on making the films.

Maybe next time...

Congrats to your film! It is really very excellent! And, yes, focus on making films, I wish I could join to you in Fiji...

Congratulations.

For some reason I always thought this event was in June? Has it moved to Feb or has it always been at this time of year?
