Custom made lens ports?

ho there,

does anyone know of anyone making custom ports?

I'm greedy for the flexibility the tamron 28/200 lens affords even though it's slow and the optics don't compare with the L series.

I have used the lens with a flat port that allows the full extension of the lens, but the standard subal diameter makes it useless between 28mm and 55mm because you start seeing the sides of the port, and below 70mm there is visible vignetting that has to be corrected.

So the solution is a bigger diameter port...made by?
