  1. Ah Yes, our illustrious 9th Circuit Court.

     

    One of the bigest fruit & nut groups ever to be assembled in California!

    BTW, they also have the highest overturn record of any court!

  2. We fight so hard to change things in Asia but even at home we can't seem to make a dent! Oh well, wake up and fight another day.

  3. Another nail in the sharks coffin.

     

    I suppose all shark finning 'fishing vessels' will now work in tandum with a 'trading vessels' transfering the shark fins as soon as they are captured and hacked off so they will be legal in the USA.

     

    What a load of crap!!

  4. It seems that in this world it pays off to be evil :P

     

    Anyway, Scalloped Hammerhead Sharks could be officially listed this year as an endangered species...
