Any good day charters from Sorong?

Are there any good day boats that run out of Sorong? I have a day to kill on each end of my Raja Ampat Liveaboard, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for dive shops/locations to try for a day charter?

And if no good diving, any other interesting local trips to consider?

Birding around Sorong is very nice. You have to hire a guide but shouldn't be more than $100 for the day. You drive out to the lowlands then trek to a Moi camp. Ask for binos. Also remember it is a malaria area so cover up from before dusk til way after dawn.
