INON new strobe S-2000

INON has announced the release of S-2000, Underwater Camera Strobe on Mar 20, 2008. S-2000 provides high performance, yet small. S-2000 has almost the same performance as D-2000. It's release is scheduled for summer of 2008 and displayed at Diving Festival 2008. I'm looking forward to attending Diving Festival 2008 at the end of this week.

Any ideas on beam pattern, guide number and recycle times? Are they rated only to use Eneloops or are conventional NiMH batteries OK? The diffuser looks like a departure in design for them. Wonder what the weight and bouyancy are. Color temp?

I would assume that the beam Pattern would be a bit mor rectangular, since a straight flash bulb instead of the T-shaped.
