ys-51 or Sealife Digital Strobe?

I have a friend who is adding a strobe to his olympus setup(770sw). He doesnt want to spend an arm and leg, and isnt looking for award wining photos, just a little more color. He was talking about getting the new digital strobe from sealife. It retails for around $350. Just seeing what others thought about the ys-51 compaired to the sealife.
