UNDERWATER TRIPOD FOR VIDEOCAMERA

  1. Hi!

I have to shoot a project in an underwater cave. We would like to use a tripod.

Is there any available or any published project or suggestion?

    Thank you in advance!

If you do a quick search for tripod there were some threads about it.

The only thing I would mention is be careful with a triopod down in a underwater cave - (not sure if you dive them so you may know this already) but for both the reason that the areas need to be protected from a geological point of view (generally you should not touch things in them, formations can be broken etc.) and from the practical point of view (silting out in a cave etc.).

    Thanks!

The area is an active flow section with no delicate formations. Maybe in different area you can find something to be damaged but here usually just river stones and sand.

River stones? Where is this cave?

  5. Do you have the Gates housing for your XH-A1? If so, they sell a tripod. Under $600 U.S.

    But it's only about 2' tall. http://www.gateshousings.com/tripod.html
