Possible Nikon D3X specs

Sniff.

Can anyone smell petrol (Gasoline) in here?

Wow!

Someone do a search for FX in the D300 firmware!

If you read the entire thread you'll find speculation on the FX D300. Thom Hogan says that it will be 18MP and later than the D3x. Others say 18-20MP.

Incidentally, Thom is insightful in saying that the firmware indicates test mules using D3 bodies. That has to be what it is.
