Changing SATA HD

  1. Getting ready to change out a 320gb SATA for 750gb SATA hd. 4 SATA connectors on MB - 4 in use. How do I know which is connected to old drive without just unplugging stuff? Is SATA #1 C:, SATA #2 D:, etc? It should be so easy :P
