If you ever find a copy of this book , or more specifically, ever offered two copies, I'm looking for one as well.
Seems theyre like hens teeth at the moment even though theyre listed as a course textbook by the NHMS for their fish id course.

I have a copy - unfortunately not for sale - I didn't realise it was so sought after at the moment. Have you tried the open library openlibrary.org it provides scans of books - aiming to publish every book printed.
How's the fish book project coming along?
